A project of building a multimillion dollar solar power plant in the Republic of Armenia, the biggest yet to be built, is being financed by EBRD and IFC.
China Machinery Engineering is the builder and operator of the power plant as the main contractor to the SPV for the Project.
Legelata advised on the transactional documentation in connection with the project for the client to be able to operate with the bridged risks and optimal structure for performance of its obligations under the project.
The project is prominent as being the largest project finance deal in the solar power industry which Armenia strives to develop.
