Application of regional blocks on Samsung products has been treated as an act of unfair competition by the State Commission on the Protection of Economic Competition (the “Commission”).
Legelata has successfully defended the case and reached a reversal of decision from the Commission.
Thus the penalty composed of 1% from the annual turnover of the Company has been dispensed with.
